Since 1996, Tom D’Eufemia has owned TradeWinds Restaurant in Niceville,
Florida. What started out as a sandwich and beer brewers hang out, has
now grown into a favorite, local, Italian, casual, eclectic,
noisy-when-busy, open kitchen restaurant. Tom can usually be found socializing with the customers and selling them wine.Tom’s wife, Terry, works behind the
scenes and she sometimes works as the hostess.
Everyday, we buy our fresh fish locally. Our kitchen crew prepares fresh ingredients each day, cooked to order each night. TradeWinds is basically an Italian restaurant serving chicken, veal, seafood, pasta and pizza along with grilled steaks and veal chops (no baked potatoes!) and weekend specials.
TradeWinds prides itself on their "regulars" and the families, friends and snowbirds who return again and again to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, marriages and other special occasions. Tom and Terry believe that the combination of consistent quality food, great employees, lively atmosphere and personal touch that their presence adds to the restaurant is what has made TradeWinds a success.
